“A magnificent victory” for Dupont

The captain of the Blues savored the historic victory against the All Blacks at the Stade de France (40-25) on Saturday night.

Captain of France, 40-25 winner of New Zealand on Saturday night at the Stade de France, Antoine Dupont was on his cloud at the end of the meeting: “I’m not sure we quite realize it. We know since when we had not beaten the All Blacks but we will take stock and we will realize later. This evening is largely on the podium (of its best evenings with the French team, editor’s note): everything was reunited with an incredible scenario, an incredible opponent and a magnificent victory. It is an important point in our adventure, to go to the revealing and show that we have the level. We were scared, it could have changed but we knew how to stay cold.»
