After a wave of closed doors, Higienópolis shopping mall opens restaurants – 02/21/2021 – Painel SA
After a wave of store closings in Pátio Higienópolis last year, new operations start to pop up in the mall, which is one of the most traditional in São Paulo, but since before the pandemic it had been receiving complaints from tenants because of rental costs and condominium.
In the first half of this year, the mall plans to open the Teus, Casa Porteña, Il Piccolo Olea and Frutaria SP restaurants, which arrive after the new perfumery by Chanel Fragance & Beauty. A children’s play area will also be opened on the terrace.
