Gerald Darmanin also mentioned an article presented to the Council of Ministers on Monday which aims to “To strengthen arms bans”. The text has yet to be discussed in Parliament. He proposes “To update the list of offenses” leading to registration in the FINIADA file, which lists people who do not have the right to acquire or hold weapons. It therefore proposes the registration of those who have committed offenses “Relating to attacks on minors and the family”, detailed the entourage of the minister.
