Today, July 22, the First Deputy Minister of Construction of the Russian Federation Alexander Lomakin was in Astrakhan. The main purpose of the trip was to check the progress of the construction of the apartment building. The construction of this object is taking place at the expense of the program for the development of built-up areas. But the check affected not only this object.
Residential complex “Central” is being built in the Soviet district of Astrakhan at the expense of the investor. I must say that construction is proceeding very lively. The first house has already been commissioned, 10 other houses are in varying degrees of readiness.
Alexander Lomakin shared his impressions of the construction of this complex and the progress of construction: “The site is very interesting. In addition to the construction of houses, modern landscaping is provided here. I was pleasantly surprised that the “smart home” system is being used in the already commissioned building. In an application developed by local programmers, residents can see the status of their personal accounts, contact representatives of the management company, enter without a key, using biometric data, into their entrance. I hope that developers will continue to develop this area. “
A new microdistrict is being built where there used to be a private one-story building. On a plot of 19 hectares, which is located near the intersection of Bakinskaya, Akhsharumov, Bera streets, four companies are working at once, engaged in the development of built-up areas.
The First Deputy Minister of Construction of the Russian Federation also visited the public space improvement facility in the South-East III microdistrict. Earlier it was already indicated that construction on Energetikov Boulevard is in full swing now.
Now there is a sports ground where you can see outdoor exercise equipment with table tennis tables, children’s playgrounds for different age groups. In the process – laying of electrical cables, as well as landscaping work. Green spaces will occupy more than half of the area.
Maria Permyakova told Alexander Lomakin that the Astrakhan region was in the forefront of the project for the development of built-up areas. Now work is underway at more than 20 sites. The builders plan to build 77 apartment buildings. 20 of them have already been commissioned.
By 2025, it is planned to build a modern microdistrict in place of the old houses. In the same place, new communications and a storm drainage system have been laid.
Alexander Lomakin noted that the construction industry in the Astrakhan region is developing successfully:
“The region has great potential. Today in Astrakhan we will sum up the results of the international competition of projects for the development of urban agglomeration. This is a new and very promising direction in construction, when the appearance of not one quarter or district is changing for the better, but the whole city together with the adjacent territories. It is unique that it is Astrakhan that has become a pilot region where documents on the development of the agglomeration are being drafted ”.
