In the Stavropol Territory, the growth in housing prices in new buildings exceeded 10 percent after the introduction of preferential mortgages in April last year. This is reported by TASS with reference to the acting head of the regional ministry of construction and architecture Valery Savchenko.
According to him, the increase in cost was influenced by the high demand in the primary market and the increase in prices for building materials. The growth in the cost of housing is from 10 to 20 percent.
Moreover, prices will not return to their previous indicators, and the final ones have not yet been formed.
Taking into account the rise in prices, it is difficult to determine the cost of a conventional square meter. Previously, it was about 35 thousand rubles in an average nine-story building, and now it is about 40 thousand rubles.
Note that the demand for housing in new buildings in the region remains.
