The Kremlin spokesman answered in the affirmative to the question whether Russian and Turkish Presidents Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan are considering strengthening control and anti-terrorist protection of South Stream. “There is such a need, there is a potential threat,” Peskov explained.
