Nasser Al-Khelaïfi acquitted in the “Fifagate” trial, Jérôme Valcke sentenced

The president of Paris Saint-Germain and BeIN Media has been acquitted by the Federal Criminal Court of Bellinzona (Switzerland) for the second time.
The president of beIN Media and Paris SG, Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, was acquitted on appeal on Friday by the Federal Criminal Court of Bellinzona (Switzerland), as he had already been at first instance, in a TV rights case.

His co-accused, ex-Fifa number 2 Jérôme Valcke, was also acquitted in the same case but sentenced to eleven months in prison suspended for « corruption passive » et “false in the titles” in a separate case.
