The new Behavioral Health Emergency Assistance Response Division, or B-HEARD, which pairs FDNY EMS emergency medical technicians and paramedics with NYC Health + Hospitals social workers to answer mental health emergency calls, were dispatched to 107 times in Harlem between June 6 and July 7, city data shows.
