The suspect detained the day before in Yekaterinburg, according to preliminary information, made several dozen shots from various types of weapons. This was told by the head of the press service of the regional MIA Administration Valery Gorelykh.
He noted that many shell casings were found in the apartment, from the window of which the suspect was firing at people. He also clarified that in the courtyard territory “the detectives found another 47 cartridges.”
“They found and seized 26 cartridges, a Vepr carbine, 78 cartridges of 7.62 mm caliber, an Izh air pistol, an Izh air rifle and other material evidence, including empty bottles of alcohol,” Gorelykh added.
Recall that on Sunday evening, a 48-year-old resident of Yekaterinburg opened fire from the window of his house. Two were injured: an employee of the National Guard and a child. The shooter was detained, he will soon be sent for a psychological examination. The UK opened a criminal case under articles of attempted murder and encroachment on the life of a police officer.
