Pomorie introduced exceptions for the use of QR codes – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

Certain clarifications have been made to the decree of the Governor of the Arkhangelsk Region on strengthening restrictive measures to prevent further growth in the number of coronavirus cases in the region. The press service of the governor informs about it.

The new version of the document establishes an exception regarding the presentation of QR codes: if a catering organization provides its employees with food, then they do not need to present the documents provided for by the decree. A similar exception is established for employees and students of educational organizations.

The press service also informs that in the updated version of the decree of the Governor of the Arkhangelsk region, there are points that are of a recommendatory nature.

In particular, entrepreneurs are encouraged to provide employees who have been vaccinated against coronavirus infection with two paid days of rest at their written request. At the same time, employees are obliged to submit to the employer documents confirming the passage of vaccination, received, among other things, using the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services or using the specialized application of the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services “Gosuslugi.Stopkoronavirus”.

Also, employers are advised to provide for the conditions and procedure for the provision of paid rest days in collective agreements or local regulations.

Residents of the region over 65 years old, as well as citizens with chronic diseases provided for by the decree, are recommended to visit places of sale of goods from Monday to Friday from 10 to 14 hours. A similar recommendation for the sale of goods to these categories of northerners is provided for individual entrepreneurs and legal entities.
