Roma announced on Tuesday that José Mourinho, recently fired from Tottenham, will be the team’s new coach for the 2021/22 season. Interestingly, the “Special One” will succeed another Portuguese, Paulo Fonseca, who will leave the team at the end of the current season.

Mourinho’s last job at Tottenham is the only one of his career in which he has not won a title. In all the other clubs he coached, he raised at least one cup.
It is worth remembering that José Mourinho has already done a successful job in Italy. He ran Inter Milan for two seasons, between 2008 and 2010, and twice won the Italian Championship and a Champions League. There were 108 games, with 68 wins, 25 draws and 15 losses.
