Schoolchildren in Crimea receive a letter from the Queen of Great Britain – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

Pupils of the Small Academy of Sciences of Sevastopol received a letter from Buckingham Palace on behalf of Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain. The employees of the institution reported this in the VKontakte group.

The letter came in response to a message sent this summer to Queen Elizabeth II by the students of the Entertaining English creative association and teacher Elena Zaleshchuk. At the request of Elizabeth II, the Queen’s maid of honor answered the Sevastopol schoolchildren. The address on the envelope contains Russia and the Russian ZIP code.

The letter says that Her Majesty was pleased to learn with what pleasure the Sevastopol teacher teaches children the English language.

– The Queen kindly thanked for the letter and attached booklets with interesting information about herself and her family, which the teacher and the children must read in the classroom, – said in the Small Academy of Sciences.

They also said that the students will write the next letter to Prince William and Kate Middleton.
