September 21: in Germany 4,664 new cases of Covid-19 infection, deaths per day from covid – 81

On September 21, the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) reports 4,664 new cases of Covid-19 infection, which is more than in the previous day (3,736). Another 81 deaths from the corona were recorded per day. The nationwide 7-day incidence dropped to 68.5 (71.0). More than 52.5 million people in Germany have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19. 1541 patients with Covid are in intensive care units.

Since the start of the pandemic, 4,150,516 cases of the virus have been identified in Germany. This means that the number of cases in comparison with the previous day increased by 4.664 cases. In total, 93,052 people have died as a result of the Covid-19 disease since the start of the pandemic.
