The outcomes of the Islamic Conference reflect the role of Saudi Arabia in reconciliation between the parties

The Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen, praised the outcomes of the Islamic Conference, which was held in the ancient House of God in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, under the umbrella of the Muslim World League, and under the auspices of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which concluded with the signing of the historic declaration by senior scholars in the Republics of Pakistan and Afghanistan. Al-Othaimeen also praised the spirit of brotherhood that prevailed in the conference between the scholars of Islam in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, who have the decisive legitimate influence on all parties, and thus the power of reason triumphs over violence, extremism and extremism.
