The delegation of the Russian Federation will participate in the upcoming session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) remotely in April due to the difficult epidemiological situation in France. “We, the deputies of the State Duma and senators of the Federation Council, have decided that we are working at this session remotely,” Tolstoy said after the general meeting of the delegation. According to him, “this decision is related to the unfavorable epidemiological situation in France.” The parliamentarians also intend to attend the message of the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly.
