Specialists of the international audit and consulting network FinExpertiza conducted a study, in which they named the regions of Russia with the noisiest neighbors. Most of all, residents of the Magadan region complained about poor sound insulation. This is stated in the material received at the disposal of “Lenta.ru”.
The Magadan Region took the first line of the rating with an indicator of 37 percent. Khabarovsk Territory and the Republic of Karelia were also in the TOP-3 list, where almost 31 and 27 percent of respondents complained about the noise of neighbors, respectively. The Chukotka Autonomous Okrug (over 26 percent) and the Astrakhan Region (about 22 percent) are below the ranking. About 19 percent of those dissatisfied with noise insulation were counted in the Kamchatka Territory, St. Petersburg and Moscow. Least of all from noisy neighbors suffer in Kabardino-Balkaria, Kalmykia and Chechnya.
Analysts also identified the regions, whose residents most often complain about the violation of public order near the house or in the entrance. The first three lines of the rating were taken by Karelia (16 percent of the dissatisfied), the Oryol region and North Ossetia – 13 percent each. The Chukotka Autonomous Okrug (11 percent), Novosibirsk (11 percent) and Saratov regions (10 percent), as well as the Komi Republic (10 percent), the Trans-Baikal Territory (9 percent), the Omsk Region and the Khabarovsk Territory – 8 percent were lower in the list.
