Turkish Health Minister Fakhruddin Kuja announced today, Monday, that his country is living through the most difficult days of the Coronavirus pandemic since its outbreak.

In press statements, he explained that several negative elements have gathered to make the current stage very difficult, namely, “the general fatigue that we feel due to the blurring of the horizon, the general mental collapse resulting from the chronic pandemic, and the emergence of new booms spreading more quickly,” according to Russia Today.

Koca pointed out that the talk is primarily about the “British” mutation (85% of cases), but there are other mutations that have been detected in the country, including the “Brazilian” version of the Corona virus, which has been detected in 166 people.

Last Thursday, Turkey recorded a record number of daily injuries, for the first time since the start of the pandemic, according to Turkish Health, 55,941 cases and 258 daily deaths.

According to the ministry, the death toll from the virus since the beginning of last year has reached 33201, and the total number of infections is 3689866 cases.
