Striker Wesley was one of the big news for Palmeiras in the 3-1 victory over Chapecoense, this Sunday. Starting open on the left, the 22-year-old led Verdão in offensive numbers.

The young man talked about his third goal, in which he managed to take off at speed and get rid of the marking from the dribble. “I learned from Messi’s video. It was pretty much the same, I think. The teammates even played there,” Wesley told Premiere.
Verdão’s next game will be against CRB on Wednesday, at 19:00 (GMT). The match will be at Allianz Parque and is valid for the return match of the third round of the Copa do Brasil.
